Shipping policy
At KandidKiKi, we are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently and quickly as possible. Below you’ll find important details regarding our shipping policies:
Processing Time:
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days. Additional fees will apply, calculated at checkout.
• Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
International Shipping:
• We currently ship to the United States only.

• We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please allow 10-21 business days for delivery. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your shipment with the provided tracking number.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
• Kandidkiki is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item so we can assist with a replacement.
Address Changes:
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. We cannot change shipping addresses once the order is in transit.
